Mike did a wonderful job on my project. I requested to have the original hardwoodfloor restored because of previous water damage that was improperly repaired years ago. Once the work started they discovered that the water damage was way worse than they anticipated, but Mike stuck to his quote and finished the project far better than I expected, and within the short time frame I requested. Mike will be my floor guy from now on. Thanks Mike, you hit a home run in my book.

Michael is very professional and trustworthy in what he promises. After receiving a note that we were looking to fix the engineering wood floor, he gave me a call, was asking great questions to understand the problem better. Then he drove to our place, did some magic in checking if it was hardwood or engineering. After the evaluation he said it’s an engineering floor but we have a good chance in being successful sanding and making it like new again.
His crew did amazing job in completing it in the promised timeline, they even fixed the baseboards. Now I feel like I live in the new house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer honest, upfront pricing which typically includes all services and materials required to complete the project. Since there are many variables in any flooring project, we customize each project to meet our customer's individual needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first discuss the details of the project over the phone, then arrange for a free in-home design consultation where we bring our mobile flooring showroom stocked with over 3,000 samples. We will measure the rooms included in the project and provide pricing with a detailed proposal either on the spot or within 24 hours of meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience with different aspects of the design industry for 15+ years. To supplement our experience, we spend considerable time training to each year to keep up with industry developments and best practices. And, our installers are all seasoned professionals who have been active in their trade for many years.
