THEFT, FRAUD. DO NOT DO BUSINESS. Victor Aguilar visited my home in person to review a floor repair job. Gave a price and asked for a deposit, which I gave. Worker showed up and said he needed to make a call and just left. Victor kept promising someone else would come out but each day no one did. Then Victor stopped answering my calls/texts but kept my money.
