My prices are affordable. Due to the fact we are a family owned business (without a showroom), we are able to keep our prices lower and still compete with higher businesses. I have been working with many wholesale vendors throughout the city with showrooms you (my client) have access to take a look at their great selections at affordable prices. On top of that, I have a long list of referrals and am insured. Meeting new people. Its always great to come across new people in town. I learn something new every time i meet someone.

Installed new wooden floors on the first floor and stairs, which were then stained. Job took about a week, and was done within the timeframe I was originally told. Quality of the work was good, and the company went out of their way to help with extras, that were not a part of the job. They even modified the wooden bedframe so it would fit better with the change in floor height. After the job was completed, I noticed an area on the steps where the stain was not quite right, and they returned the next day and corrected it. Could not ask for better follow up service.

I have a laminate floor that is about 20 years old and replacement components are no longer available. Pablo and crew removed the damaged section as well as surrounding pieces. They took up a closet floor, cleaned up the pieces and replaced the bad section with good pieces. The result was very good and looks like the rest of the floor. Their pricing is fair and honest. Scheduling was a minor challenge, but everything worked out fine.

We have had Pablo' Hardwood Floors do floors in two different houses. They did an excellent job both times. They leave the house clean every day and very professional. We went to the source he buys his wood and picked out the wood we wanted. We could also go to any wood flooring we wanted and pick a wood.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I'm known to have patience. One of the things I like doing is custom work. Especially with hardwood flooring. I came across a client who wanted a very special time consuming project. A design I have never done nor seen anything like it. But I was up to the challenge. It took approximately 3 weeks to completely the project of about 800 SQFT. Using exotic woods such as Walnut, Brazilian Cherry, Santos Mahogany, Maple, Birch and even Oak. The pattern was fabulous!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I always recommend hiring contractors who are credited and insured. Referrals are another way to trust contractors.
