FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starting rates are listed on the website under the "Pricing" tab. Please check these pages out for a general idea and feel free to contact the studio no matter what type of project for a custom quote. Special group rates are offered for portrait and headshot requests. Commercial and corporate jobs and events are typically based on full and half day rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a New Client: What to Expect Initial Consultation We start with a consultation to discuss your project, goals, and creative vision. This ensures we’re a good fit and aligned on expectations. Agreement & Deposit Once details are confirmed, a service agreement is prepared. A deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve time on the calendar. Pre-Event Planning (if needed) For larger or more detailed projects, a follow-up meeting may be scheduled closer to the date to finalize logistics, review your shot list, and confirm any last-minute details. Session or Event Coverage On the day of your session or event, we work efficiently and professionally to capture the agreed-upon content. Post-Production Your images will be carefully edited and professionally retouched, ensuring high-quality final results that meet your expectations. Delivery & Review Depending on the project, a review session at the studio or during your shoot may be arranged. Final images are delivered digitally or through another agreed-upon format.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Through years of photography education, ongoing workshops to stay current with modern practices and technology, and thousands of photo shoots across various settings, I’ve developed a strong foundation and a flexible, client-focused approach to every project.
