Patrick is a good inspector. Ive used his service multiple times. He doesnt try and sell a lot of frilly services, just got basic inspection. He is very easy to communicate with and always finishes the job with an recap of his report. Highly recommend he for home inspection.

This was my first time going through this process so I wasn't completely sure what to expect, but I am confident I am made the right choice going with Patrick. He was very prompt, precise, and took his time doing a thorough job and making sure we completely understood everything we needed to know. He was able to schedule the inspection in a timely manner as well as provide a detailed report of all his findings rather quickly which was a huge help as I was tight on timing. Will definitely recommend to friends, family, and anyone who is in need of a home inspection!

I have always been impressed with the level of service and expertise that Patrick offers on his inspections. He puts great effort into investigating critical issues with any given property, and I have always found his advice to be invaluable. I have yet to come across a more knowledgeable home inspector.
