- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The staff at Integrity Security does ongoing training as mandated by the State of Texas to keep our personal & businss licenses current. We also utilize every opportunity ADT has to further our education on alarm systems & providing superior customer service. We attend the national annual ADT Meeting which was recently held in Cabo.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Integrity Security Systems provides services to protect all Texans from thefts & fires. We specialize in custom alarm & camera installtions. We also install home theater systems & other electronics.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always check the TX DPS PSB web page to make sure the company is appropriately licensed by the State. In Texas providers of fire protection are required to have a seperate license. If the company is not licensed for fire protection you are not being monitored! Integrity Security Alarm License is B14899 & Fire License ACR1794092. It is also wise to check the BBB for complaints.
