- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we received general information about the services needed from the customer then we can schedule a Tech to go to the customer's location and do a site survey and have the installation done on the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in TV install, home theater, and low voltage wiring.
