I hired All in One cleaning to come to my house today. They said they'd call to confirm a time the day of cleaning. Well around 10am I began to wonder. So I called them, but it went straight to voicemail. I texted and no response. I called several times with no answer. Finally it rang, but no answer. I began cleaning in between work because I have 6 people staying this weekend with me and they arrive tomorrow. At 2pm I received a call from a woman and she said that they'd be sending two girls over after they finish another house. I texted her my address and she responded. Around 4pm I was really worried. So I called again and straight to voicemail again. I've left messages and texted with no response. I'm not the type to leave a bad review. The only reviews I leave are good ones. This is the first time I've ever dealt with anything like this on Thumbtack. I recommend the app to everyone. I've used it many times and had great experiences. Please don't let All in One cleaning ruin your experience or your night because you'll be cleaning yourself if you hire them.
