- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1 .Our customer's should know that we are very competitive with our price's. We will match other competitors price's, if our's is higher than our competitors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with new customers is to make sure: 1. To do a meet and greet with the customer and properly do a walk- thru of the customer home (or) business so we can determined what needs to be done. Making sure the customer understands the difference between a deep cleaning & a regular cleaning. 2. Obtaining as much information form the customers, and making sure the customer feels comfortable with our choices, and decisions as to why a certain type of cleaning is being recommend .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience working with commercial vendors and residential customers. We provide exceptional services to all of our customers. We knowing that we have done our best to meet their expectations and their desires makes coming home feels great for our customers. We really enjoy serving our community on a daily basis.
