Very responsive through texts. Tia and her team were very good with customizing the cleaning to our needs. They did a great job and always made sure we were satisfied with the areas they did before they left. Just to note: as with almost all cleaning jobs, you do need someone there to guide them with what you need done if you are especially picky and have a lot of things. That being said, they were very accommodating with any requests. Would definitely hire again.

CMO Cleaning Services exceeded my expectations. They showed up exactly on time ready to work! There was a whole team prepared to do the job. We have 6 kids and it seems I never have time to get it all done. I am so excited to have found a reputable company to help me keep it all together. We came home to an exceptionally clean house that smelled wonderful. They used their own products and took out the trash. I have already scheduled next months cleaning! The price is right!

We bought a home that the previous owners apparently smoked in and asked this company to do a premium move-in cleaning service; much to my amazement they did an excellent job in disinfecting the entire house (4 bedrooms/2 baths) which included walls, fixtures, floors, cabinents, windows, blinds, air registers, switches, plugs and ceiling fans. I highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

Thumbtack is a quoting system we use for flat rate pricing based on a certain level of cleanliness. It takes about 1-2 business to properly prepare for your cleaning and properly schedule you. Typical cleaning takes 3-4 hours depending on the size of your home. More complex cleaning may take longer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer through thumbtack step one is getting basic information as a good phone number, email address to properly communicate with each other that's the natural way of communicating. We understand life is busy and sometimes we can't communicate step two is booking Step three Once we arrive at your home we will do a walk through to get a better understanding on what you are needing and then rendering service. Also we will do a walk through at the end of the cleaning to make sure you are satisfied. Then take payment and Thank the customer

The education and/or training we have that relates to our work we provide maid training academy along with 12 years of cleaning homes, and we are always looking for new ways to improve. So my customers educate me everyday.
