I’m super glad that I chose Eco-Vanity for my home cleaning service. I walked in and my home was spotless! The aroma was fresh and clean. My bed was made up beautifully and there was no dust to be found. The floors were clean as were the counter tops. The sinks and bathtub were sparkling. More professional than any cleaning company I've ever used from communication to booking to payment processing. The worker was pleasant and easy to work with. They might want to consider using 2 workers at a time vs just one. Even though I had no bed rooms to be cleaned and not many dishes it could've been done in 1/2 the time with 2 workers. They should also share notes with the worker of original conversation and clients expectations so we don't feel like we're asking them for extra work if something was not done in the end that was already approved in the original agreement. Implement a rule for cellphone use when working. Other than those 3 small items this is the perfect cleaning company and I would hire again. Better than most I've hired. On time. Easy to work with and listens well. Oops I didn't notice till now when I got the review request the bathtub cleaning was incomplete because the curtain was pulled back. I don't use this bathroom often. I would still give them another chance. They were just too polite and professional to pass up.
