- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounted pricing for our weekly & bi-weekly customers. We offer 1 periodic task automatically FREE of charge at each visit, starting on the 2nd visit. You have a choice of any or all of the following in addition to your regular cleaning package: 1. Vacuum Furniture 2. Clean Fireplace 3. Clean Inside Oven 4. Clean Inside Refrigerator 5. Wet-wipe Kitchen Cabinets 6. Wet-wipe Bathroom Cabinets 7. Wet-wipe Window Sills 8. Wet-wipe Baseboards 9. Wet-wipe Door Facings and Frames
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To better understand your housecleaning needs we will ask you a few simple questions about your home, time preferences, and special requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We know how important is it for our cleaning techs to be up to date with all the latest cleaning products, techniques, and building materials. All of our cleaners go through an extensive training program and are all C.O.R.E. certified before we send them out to a client's home. We do a refresh course every 6 months, to keep our cleaning techs up to date with the latest cleaning trends.
