- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my goal is to make the process smooth, clear, and personalized from the very beginning. First, I start with a brief consultation — either by phone, message, or in person — to understand your needs, expectations, and the specific details of your home or space. Then, I provide a customized quote based on the type of service, number of rooms, and any special requests. Once we schedule the service, I show up on time, fully equipped, and ready to deliver high-quality work. I always do a final walk-through (if possible) to ensure you’re happy with the results. Communication, reliability, and your satisfaction are my top priorities every step of the way.
