- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we base the price on the scope of work. The size of the house, the type of products used (Eco-friendly or not), the condition of home, and the time spent are all factors considered when giving a customer a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do an initial survey, to find out what is important to our customer. Some of our customers have specific request or cleaning products preferences, we like to identify them and address them. After, we encourage a final walk thru of the home to ensure your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
11 years of combined experience. We are a mother daughter team.
