I would not recommend this company for several reasons.
I got a flier that advertised Lupe Corral as an affordable, reliable and convenient maid service. I called to get a free estimate and was quoted $120 for the first time and $80 per time there after for a bi-weekly cleaning. I was told that the first deep cleaning would take about 5 hours so I scheduled for an 8AM appointment.
Arrived late:
The day of the deep cleaning I was called by the office saying that the lady would be late because her car would not start. Despite expecting Lupe to arrive another lady arrived an hour and 15 minutes late. When I asked about her car not starting she said that was not the case but that she was here to clean.
Wanted more than quoted price:
The cleaning lady took a look through the house. I said that I was quoted $120. She explained that the job was going to be more and that she would take $140. Admittedly my house was dirty and I had not cleaned in a while. When I told her that I only had $120 cash but could give her a check she explained that she did not have an ID and did not want a check.
Did not furnish supplies:
Upon arrival the cleaning lady informed me that she did not have a clean mop head and asked if she could use my washer. I obliged because I did not want her to use a dirty mop head to clean my floors. I also know that she used my paper towels, pledge, toilet bowl cleaner, soft scrub and vacuum cleaner. In my books this is not furnishing supplies.
Argument by staff:
My husband called to complain about the supplies not being furnished, the use of our washing machine for the mop head and about the price being higher than quoted. Later Lupe stopped by. She and the cleaning lady argued in my bedroom and Lupe said just to pay her $80 and that they would send someone else the next time. I ended up paying the $120 because this was what I was quoted but will definitely not be using this company again.
In the house a much longer time than expected:
Despite being told that the cleaning would take approximately 5 hours, the cleaning lady was in my house from 9:15AM to 5:45PM. This was very inconvenient because I had guests arriving from out of town at 5:30PM. Despite offering for her to wait inside the housekeeper was outside of my house waiting on a ride until after 6:30PM at which time we left to take our guests to dinner.
I would not recommend Marias Cleaning Services or cleaning services associated with Lupe/Maria Corral.

Thank you very much for making my habitat feel like a true home once again. I work so much that I hardly have time to do the choirs around my home,and the little time I do have off there are things that I must do before returning to work. You really made it nice to be welcomed home be a truly clean house. Keep up the great work and I'm positive your business is going to do well.

Cleaned my 2 BR, 1 bath apartment for $100. One lady showed up with her own supplies, but she asked to use my vacuum cleaner and I let her use mine.
She spent 3 hours cleaning which included: laundry, washing dishes with the dishwasher, and the refrigerator.
It was a reasonable cleaning, and acceptable. The lady spoke little English, but I speak some Spanish, so communication was not a problem.
Overall, an OK service, neither abysmal nor spectacular for the price.

She did an excellent job. Great attention to detail and my apartment was spot less. Only complaint is that she showed up about an hour late after rescheduling but I will definitely hire her again!!

4bed 3bath house full of college boys. Maria sent over two cleaners who brought all their own supplies. These girls spent over five hours whipping my place into shape and its never looked better. I was charged $150 and consider it well spent. Only complaint is that the Pots and Pans on the stove were not washed, but simply put in the cabinets. I will use again.
