First time I used them and very happy with the results. My house was not only thoroughly cleaned, but smelled so good after they were done. Anyone looking for a cleaning service that takes their time, and does a thorough job, I would definitely recommend.

This was a last minute booking for me and the owner was able to accommodate me; she even called to clarify my specific tasks requested along with date/time confirmation. I am active military along with my husband being in the transportation industry and we are new to TX. It’s long days with 2 under age 5; trying to keep up with daily household tasks can be cumbersome and overwhelming. I needed assistance with laundry and getting things back in order. Star was a blessing and was thorough in asking specifically what I needed focus on before beginning. She folded clothing, cleaned, vacuumed/mopped made beds and dusted amidst other things. I can smell the clean 😀. She was pleasant and professional with a positive aura. Even with my children being home, she was able to work around them. I appreciate the help with getting things back on track and can start the week with a clean slate. I look forward to this being a monthly occurrence with this company!

My experience with Maid to Change has been amazing- they are communicative, prompt and they keep my house spotless. They come every other week which is incredibly helpful for my family (with a one year old running around there can be quite a mess) and they take their time to ensure every important area is thoroughly cleaned. The owner is super responsive and kind and I am so thankful I found this business!

Bianca was terrific with my son and did an excellent job cleaning my son’s really dirty apartment. I would highly recommend Bianca and Maid To Change. I interacted with one of the office staff, Anita, and she was personable and knowledgeable and extremely attentive and helpful!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We mainly price according to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms at client's request.
Typically we start at $109 and add an additional $20 per bedroom and $20 per bathroom.
Extras are charged separately;
-interior oven $25
-interior fridge $25
-resident with pets $25
-interior windows $20
-Monthly recurring gets a 10% discount
-Bi-weekly recurring gets a 15% discount
-Weekly recurring gets a 20% discount
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After your booked appointment expect a call or email to both confirm your appointment and your goals for your cleaning. We also encourage our clients to communicate with us via text if that’s a personal preference.
On the day of your appointment you will also receive an email or text about the ETA of your cleaners. We work hard to keep our clients updated through out the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our ladies are highly trained professionals. Most with college degrees.
We are also train on Covid-19 practices, and protocol for the continued safety of ourselves and our clients
