- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is different as every home, that's why we recommend a non -obligatory walkthrough of the house or place to clean in order to go over the details or any other special instructions, it help us have a better scope of the job, also to offer a reasonable quote. (It is not always necessary, but recomended for a better cleaning experience)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the cleaning business as in every other industry there are always new methods, systems and techniques that help us do a better job, that is why the Maids in Serice team are always in constant learning getting new knowledge to become better at what we do.
