hired MalFawl after my tenant—hands down the dirtiest I’ve ever had—left the property in terrible condition. This crew showed up ready to tackle the mess without hesitation. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. What looked like a disaster was completely transformed in just a short time. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned out properly and even hauled off items I thought would be a headache to deal with. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and positive attitude. Highly recommend if you’re facing a big clean-out job!

The cleaning lady was very thorough. She took her time and cleaned every detail, which I appreciated. Setting up the appointment was amazing. They were able to accommodate me in a short notice and were able to really meet my requests

They were very responsive and punctual. Very eager to fix any area missed. My only suggestion is to have more cleaning products to address areas of concern. After mopping, the floor wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. And the 2 wood tables weren’t cleaned with furniture polish, so they would be buffed and shiny. And there was no nice cleaning smell after she finished.
