My cleaner was out of town so I looked into a replacement. I found Mary and she did a wonderful job. I will continue to use her services in the future.

Mary and her son did a good job cleaning but not so good at communicating. I told them to validate their parking ticket before they left, they said okay and left. They didn’t validate their parking ticket at the concierge like I said and ended up having to pay for parking. They called and I told them I would reimburse them the next time they came even though it wasn’t my fault. I referred Mary to my sister and was told she wasn’t very responsive and mentioned something about parking and she wouldn’t come. A few days ago I messaged her to come and she didn’t reply. I had to double text only for her to mention having to pay for parking the last time. Communication is very poor professional could be better.
