- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send (2) professionally trained cleaners to start the "reoccurring service" with a deep cleaning. This 1st time we visit is the only time we charge hourly rate, keep in mind it's 2-cleaners & they will be efficient with the time, one person focusing in one area while the other in a different area. Reoccurring price set base of frequency and customize cleaning areas.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
