Pricing varies by size of the facility or house and how much cleaning is necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask the customer about square footage of house or facility, specifics like # of floors, elevators, break rooms, cafeteria, restrooms, entry mats, window cleaning, desks that need dusting, day porter required, # of floors mopped etc, how often the cleaning should be done, pricing, ask customer to commit to using our business, then get the job done to the customers specifications!! Follow up to verify that cleaning service has been done to the customers satisfaction as well as the company's standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A degree in Communications which is key when dealing with clients and customers to have a great working relationship and an understanding of what their expectations are. Effective delegation skills with my employees is very important. Versed in floor maintenance, buffing, waxing, cleaning and stripping floors and carpet cleaning.
