- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have standard prices based on square footage because every home is different. Changing sheets, washing dishes, laundering rugs/towels, among others, will add to your estimate. Cleaning frequency will also affect the estimate. We offer weekly, bi-weekly or monthly services. We can assist you in determining a service schedule that best fits your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually customers contact us about their home cleaning needs. We have an initial interview and questions that help us determine what type of cleaning service is needed. The size of the home along with how many bedrooms/baths, family size, pets, etc are typical questions we ask. Once we have an idea of the size of the home we can get an idea of what type of cleaning they need and provide an estimate of the costs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
What does the cleaning include?….. This is an essential question that you shouldn’t leave up to assumption, especially if there are must-clean areas in your home. Do you clean ceiling fans? Will you vacuum pet hair off the couch? Will you change bedsheets? If you want a service that’s not included, ask to add it for an extra charge. Maybe you want someone to do your laundry and put it away. Or scrub the inside of appliances. “With anything extra, you should always let the cleaner know ahead of time, so it doesn’t cause any confusion.
