It was my first time hiring some professionals to clean my house and I have to say that I’m pretty disappointed. I requested a deep clean and honestly I don’t think it worths the price. First, they were not very friendly and welcoming. There were 2 ladies and one of them was cold to me. Second, their tools seems old and rusty. I saw their vacuum couldn’t even pick up fur and small dirts from the floor. Third is about their professionalism. They was on phone or music when they were working and I don’t think that’s in a professional manner. Also, they didn’t really go through with me when they were done. They just told me to check by myself and see what I need help. To be honest, I can still see furs and dust on the floor ( which their vacuum couldn’t get rid of) but I’d rather to clean it up myself since the vacuum is just too weak and cumbersome. Last but not least, they had shoes on the whole time even they were cleaning! I asked one of the ladies to take of her shoes when she’s cleaning my room. How could my house be possibly clean if you step on it with outside shoes? I would say the price is competitive but you get what you pay.

Hello this is one of the workers from yesterday. we were not cold to you. we do not take our shoes off to clean any homes unless the customers ask. next my second worker does not speak english well but she smiled and helped with all questions. u had cat fur on your slippers each time you walked on the floor we had to keep vacuuming behind you and I even stated that to you .We are allowed to have music playing while we work because it makes us work faster. we normally do a walk through with the customer first which we did and lef you check by your self second time around. we do apologize for the inconvenience but when you have animals loose in the house the hair will still come down . I have before and after photos of the home cleaning .

we all have 8 plus years of cleaning experience with agencies as well as this business
How did you get started doing this type of work?
when I was younger my mom use to clean homes and offices so I always use to help her when I wasnt in school on weekends and I would always say when I will get my own business so she can be over it and not work for anyone again
