Very happy with the service. They are very professional in scheduling and cleaning parts. I like how they walk through before and after the cleaning. They did each part I have asked them to do without hesitation. Mary came for my service and she was able to get rid of the stains on glass shower which another cleaning service provided could not clean. When I spotted some places for redo, I got a nice response and got them qll cleaned. The service I used before would make me feel really bad when I pointed out places that needed redo. I can say these cleaning people are working professional and worth your money. I scheduled my monthly cleaning :)

I'll admit, I am absurdly anal-retentive...even borderline OCD. However, I now run my own business and no longer have the time to clean like a maniac, so I finally decided to hire a cleaning service. I've tried other services in the past and always fired them after one cleaning because they usually did such a spotty job, it created more work for me. Not the Sparkle Maids team. I was skeptical, having been disappointed with past services, but Sparkle Maids is EXCEPTIONAL - they clean EVERYTHING and the house is spotless. They use earth-friendly products that smell divine. And they are the kindest, most conscientious, and trustworthy people you could ever have in your home. The same team cleans my home every week, so they know all the nooks, crannies, and idiosyncrasies of my house. Anyone who knows me well would attest that any cleaning service I'm endorsing must be the best in the business - as in THE BEST anywhere in the entire world. They are. Hire them. It's without a doubt one of the best decisions I've ever made - such a relief to leave the work to the experts, not to mention free up my time. Coming home after their visit is like a gift. Thank you. My only regret is that I didn't find you sooner!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Sparkle Maid Pros Houston. They were punctual, professional and the work quality was beyond excellent. I have a 3 bed 2 bath home witch the left looking absolutely spotless. I will most definitely be using them again in the near future!

There were a few hiccups at first but the management, or the lady in charge, for lack of a better word/term, went above & beyond to remedy the situation. She stayed in constant contact with me, was available immediately & she was totally committed to making sure we were pleased with the service we paid for. If, or WHEN, I hire cleaners in the future, I’ll definitely be open to using Sparkle Maid Pros 😊
