There were a few hiccups at first but the management, or the lady in charge, for lack of a better word/term, went above & beyond to remedy the situation. She stayed in constant contact with me, was available immediately & she was totally committed to making sure we were pleased with the service we paid for. If, or WHEN, I hire cleaners in the future, I’ll definitely be open to using Sparkle Maid Pros 😊

Very happy with the service. They are very professional in scheduling and cleaning parts. I like how they walk through before and after the cleaning. They did each part I have asked them to do without hesitation. Mary came for my service and she was able to get rid of the stains on glass shower which another cleaning service provided could not clean. When I spotted some places for redo, I got a nice response and got them qll cleaned. The service I used before would make me feel really bad when I pointed out places that needed redo. I can say these cleaning people are working professional and worth your money. I scheduled my monthly cleaning :)
