Ruth was great! Initially, I had another company scheduled to clean prior moving in. They came out with a different price ($75 more of what we had agreed on). I had to cancel that service and luckily I found Ruth last minute. She was very flexible and came out on the same day to get the job done. She gave heads up when she was about to arrive and about to finish. I have already referred her to one of my colleagues that needed a move-out clean up.
