- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have special discount for a new Recurring Service Client in the first visit and after that we offer them diferents options to maintain their house with the same cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with them and according to the service we are sending a list of their cleaning requests and be flexible with the schedule, procedures and prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Employees have a good training and people in the office has a good costumer service. They are vere polite and we have business education.
