Lisa and her daughter arrived on time. They were hard working, professional and open-minded. They did good job on cleaning. When I pointed out some spots needed to be attended, they cleaned them immediately. The price was reasonable. I will hire them again if I need more cleaning.

Well Lisa left a little bit ago and I can't wait for her to come back! She did a great job and the place looks sparkly clean. It smells great too. Her attention to detail is awesome. She cares a lot about her work and doing her best. She came on time and communicated thoroughly beforehand to schedule! I was nervous to hire through thumbtack but I'm really pleased.

The work was for an apartment move out cleaning. Lisa gave me a very good rate. She was prompt and arrived on time; in fact 10 mins earlier. The work was performed to the agreed terms. Cleaned the apartment well - vacuum, clean counter tops, bathroom, kitchen, fridge and oven range. She is a pleasant lady and good to work with. I would recommend her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first time I clean it is always a little higher than the regular price but up keep of a property on a regular schedule is much cheaper. The more frequently I come the cheaper the price
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll ask a lot of questions. I want to know your full expectations. What chemicals you like or dislike. What smells you love or drive you crazy. I’ll ask if you have any children or pets
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've worked in the cleaning business for several years before starting my own businsses I also worked in cleaning homes that had fire and water damage. So with my extent knowledge and clientele. I ve been pleasing my customer for years.
