- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge by the hour. My team and I pace ourselves to cover every inch possible. People think 35.00 an hour is allot but once you see how much we cover in an hour plus extras. It keeps me employeed and busy. Imagine paying 35.00 ×4 and you have your home super clean including inside windows and refrigerator. Who can bet that!!! Most of my clients are referred because i cover so my space for 105-210!!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk get to know my clients and let them get to know the stranger that will be servicing their home. I also like to get a clear understanding of what all will be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Grandmother was my trainer. I was told at an early age that your home is a reflection of You. I have a true passion for working with food health and safety. I worked the industry for 10 years and I found my true passion pushing cleanliness and safety.
