GUATEX was very professional and thorough completing foundation repair for our church. We were pleased with the outcome and we highly recommend them for foundation repairs!!!

Fredy was very professional & honest. I hired a contractor to paint my house. The contractor suspected I might have foundation issues due to a few cracks on the wall. I called a foundation specialist who gave me a quote for $2500. I decided to seek a second opinion and get another quote. I called GUATEX foundation and Fredy saved me $2500. He told me my foundation does not need any repair. I will strongly recommend GUATEX foundation, they are honest people..

Guatex Foundation and Fredy the owner were awesome. I called him for an estimate after another company I agreed to do the work had not given me a start date after @ 30 days. Fredy responded within 2 - 3 days. The estimate was extremely fair. Approximately 4 days later the job was completed. He and his crew of 6 hard workers completed the job in 1 1/2 days. The job consisted of 13 piers. And 6 of those were concrete breakouts. The new concrete looked great. All of it was smooth and straight. The only way you can tell anything was done is by the different color (newer) looking concrete. All the dirt holes were filled in smooth and level. Don"t let Fredys age scare you off. Just because he's a younger guy doesn't mean he doesn't know his profession. He was truly awesome in all aspects. He even called me the last day of the job to ensure I was completely satisfied. Fredy I was completely satisfied and will gladly recommend you to anyone seeking foundation repairs. And I will get with you when I am ready to do my garage foundation. Thanks again.

Freddie and his crew did an outstanding job on our courtyard stucco wall. During initial visit, Freddie explain in great detail the procedure, time & cost to repair our wall. Great communication throughout the process. We are extremely satisfied with Guatex work.
