- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees start at $9/sq ft for full service design and installation. E-design packages are priced per room.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have consultation to talk about your project and see if we are a mutual fit based on your needs. The next step will be a proposal. Once the proposal is accepted the fun part begins. We’ll create your vision board where your ideas come to life. You can be as hands off or as hands on as you want to be in the design process. You’ll have access to a client portal where you can see the pieces we are selecting and provide input. After, depending on the package you have chosen you will receive one of the following: E-design: floor plans, 3d renders and easy to follow install instructions as well as shoppable list or everything you need. Full service: we will do your installation, staging, final cleaning professional photos or videos. Optional: we can also managed your listing so you can enjoy investing passively.
