I would like to take the opportunity to express great satisfaction to Phyllis for not only providing guidance in design techniques but also for helping me with color selection and design in my new home. It was a true pleasure to work with Phyllis. I was most impressed with her professionalism, flexibility and mere talent and desire to design. The scope of her work involved designing draperies and bedding in my master bedroom and bathroom. Specifications for each of the window spaces in my home were very thorough and completed in a timely manner. Samples were provided for review. Any necessary adjustments were priced out fairly. All materials were shipped and ready to go on time, as promised, and the installers worked in an efficient manner to install the end product.
The design of my draperies required multiple in-person interactions. Phyllis was more than accommodating to meet with me on several occasions to discuss color options, changes in initial drapery ideas, and additionally, accent placement throughout my home that would complement the look and color of the draperies. Overall, her design collaboration made me feel confident the end result for each of the rooms would be accomplished. She even went over and beyond to suggest options that would keep the cost down but acquire the same look I wanted.
I would recommend Phyllis to any future project that is in need for design. Her fine workmanship and attention to detail made the final product in my home fantastic.
