- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At XI·XXVIII Studio, we offer affordable luxury virtual interior design services with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. Clients receive a customized design plan tailored to their style and budget, along with direct shopping links so they can purchase items at their own pace. We frequently offer seasonal promotions and multi-room discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation where clients share photos, measurements, inspiration images, budget, and design goals. From there, I create a custom design concept tailored to their space. Once approved, clients receive their final design plan, shopping links, and implementation guidance. Optional 3D renderings and video walkthroughs are also available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed interior design coursework and continue expanding my knowledge through professional design training, industry software, and hands-on project experience. I combine formal education with real-world design experience to create beautiful and functional spaces.
