Eric was absolutely amazing. He had me at Hello. Was very very professional and kind from the get go. They did a great job and my home looked amazing during the Christmas season. He went out of his way to fix another underground wiring issue completely unrelated to the lighting work. He came back around to check with us to make sure we were completely satisfied and we were! Highly recommend Eric and his team.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work to provide very transparent line item costs, allowing the customer to choose what best fits their needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer in-person consultations, but remain flexible for customers that prefer a virtual quotes. We just ask that customers understand there may be portions of the job that we cannot accurately quote without seeing the home, business, and/or property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an owner, I recently completed the Executive MBA program with a focus in Entrepreneurship at Rice University.
As a team and franchise, we have a lot of institutional knowledge at our fingertips. We also have partnered with several key vendors in each of our business lines that assist with their expertise and training.
