The pro quoted me $400 to remove two piles of dirt. One was a big pile, and the other was small. They were supposed to arrive early this morning but ended up getting here around 4 pm. They did half the job listed and wanted $300 for what they did. The female sat down several times while the male scooped the dirt. Now the owner wants to make me out to be the bad guy when she negotiated and agreed to the $400 given the fact the pictures were shown on thumbtack, so it wasn't a surprise.
