Mark and his helper were absolutely fantastic! We were in a tough situation since my mother in law had to go a 24/7 care facility and didn't have much time to get everything out of her apartment. Mark was professional and very prompt. He let me know when he was nearby so we could coordinate him backing up into the driveway. He was courteous to ask if I was okay with that- which wasn't a problem. Little things like that made the experience great. I had some more items I wanted taken away and I asked for an updated quote to include those items- it was still reasonable and affordable! I couldn't stay the whole time as I had to run other errands and he sent me a picture of what my garage looked like after the items were removed. It was perfect! Thank you Mark and Jet Junk! I will keep you in mind for the future.
