- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Junkluggers charges by volume of the truck the inventory occupies. We divide the truck in 1/8th increments. Truck minimum is $125 and we provide free no obligation on site estimates so we can deliver the best possible pricing to our clients. Our trucks are 16 cubic yards. (16 washing machines can fit!!!) Volume discounts on greater than 2 truck loads.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide free no obligation on site estimates. This allows us to deliver the most precise quote as we get eyes on the inventory to calculate how much volume it will occupy. Once we generate the estimate and the client accepts we can do the work right there on site or schedule for a more convenient time the client prefers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our faith based culture instills honesty, integrity and transparency through the whole process. Our goal is to do what we say we will do, when we say we will do it, at the price we say we will do it at. With a smile. No hidden upsells or nefarious actions.
