- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aren't really complicated with our pricing but because each client has a different vision for the end result of our work, we need to have a consultation first. Our consultations are free and we will gladly meet your needs while adhering to your budget. If we are doing the design, please be open and honest about your budget. If you know exactly what you want, that is when you look for the best price.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be careful when hiring. Cheaper doesn't always mean better. Ask questions. Make sure before any money is paid in full, that you get a written contract and/or a daily planner of what work will be completed before the end of each day. Plans do change because of weather and unexpected encounters during the job but always have a plan.
