I generally don’t leave reviews; however, I felt that K&N Construction, with Kelman Solares, the owner, performed such an outstanding job that I had to leave a review.
I contacted Kelman on December 22nd, 2025, regarding re-concreting my 25-year-old house’s driveway, which by now had developed a large crack on the lower part of it. After arriving for the meeting, Kelman suggested that I redo the entire driveway instead of just the lower cracked portion. I agreed to his professional opinion and proceeded to contract with him.
Kelman and his crew did an outstanding job in every way possible. They were all professional, extremely efficient, and knowledgeable with the task at hand. The completed driveway looks excellent, and I could not be happier with the finished product. They cleaned up the job site once they were done and were gracious throughout their presence.
I highly recommend K&N Concrete and Outdoor Solutions for any concrete work that needs to be done.

Definitely happy with the experience - roughly a $5k job for a fairly large cement back porch/deck.
Responsiveness was top-notch - Mr Solares contacted us within two hours of us ‘requesting’ on Thumbtack. He was at our house the next day to give an estimate and work began the following Monday.
He estimated a one day job and the crew, (about 5 guys, including Mr Solares) was in by 7am and out by 3pm.
The quoted price was in line with our other estimate - Mr Solares was about $300 cheaper and for slightly more cement. But what stood out - the competitor required a 50% down payment and provided no contract or solid start date, while Mr. Solares’ was 25% now, with a contract and a quoted start date.
Now it’s time to BBQ !!!

We worked together on a concrete patio at one of our rentals and I could not be happier with the results. From the initial conversation to final cleanup I was more than satisfied with his timing, communication and attention to details. The finish is smooth and leveled. I am hoping to use them for the driveway and walkway pour this fall.

Kelman and his crew did a great job on the patio. They had the forms up and steel tied in no time and were pouring the concrete well before noon. The thing that took the longest was waiting for the concrete to dry enough for them to give it its finishing touched. They did a great job laying out plywood path from the front to the back of the house to protect the grass too. Got a few splatters of concrete on the house, but not bad with plastic protection for most of it.
