Here's how we typically work with new clients: 1️⃣ Inquiry & Quote You reach out by phone, text, or email with your trip details (pickup, destination, date/time, number of passengers). We respond promptly with a clear, all-inclusive quote and recommended vehicle options. If needed, we’ll answer questions about special requests, accessibility, or language preferences. 2️⃣ Booking Confirmation Once you confirm you’d like to move forward, we gather key info: Passenger name(s) Flight info (if airport pickup) Hotel or terminal details Contact phone number We then reserve your vehicle and assign a chauffeur. You’ll receive a confirmation message with: Driver contact (sent closer to trip) Pickup instructions Final trip price and payment options 3️⃣ Day of Service Your chauffeur arrives on time, in uniform, and assists with luggage. For airport pickups, we monitor your flight and meet you at baggage claim (sign available if requested). For home or hotel pickups, we text/call on arrival and wait curbside unless otherwise arranged. 4️⃣ Drop-Off & Completion You’re dropped off safely and comfortably at your destination.
