There is a service call charge that starts at $24.95 *Exceptions/Fees vary based upon type of job and or distance
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first priority is to understand the exact need of my clients either by phone or in person. Understanding the details for the job is essential as to avoid any miscommunication that could cause a delay in repair or job expectations. I will keep you informed during the entire process as to what the estimated time frame for arrival, repair time estimates,cost for parts and repair charges will be. While on site I believe in being courteous, professional, and efficient. After the completion of your job I always follow up to assure the issue has been successfully resolved and that my clients are 100% satisfied with our service.
