Lock Doc has very good eye for detail and wont stop until the job is done correctly. Asked for an install of an automatic deadbolt, which involved cutting a new lock hole into the door and door pane. It took a few times for the pieces to line up correctly, but his experience and persistence got the job done! Now all 3 entrances to my house is secure and I dont have to worry about anyone coming in if I accidently leave my garage door open overnight!

I had a great experience with Lock Doc. My front door lock quit working late in the evening and he offered to come out and help out right away. I told him I thought I’d live through the night, but it was a nice offer and he came in the morning. We had just moved into the house so he rekeyed the doors and mailbox. He was really nice and professional. A plus.

I had a vehicle lock emergency this morning, on New Year’s Day…. Tyler responded almost immediately and took care of the issue asap. By the time others replied to my service request, Tyler had already done the job and was on to the next one. If you have a lock issue, chances are it’s time sensitive.
