FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always a tricky conversation with customers and has been one of the hardest decisions I have had to make in my career as a graphic designer. Every designer has their own way to set prices, and there is not a right way or wrong way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I begin any new design process I ask that my potential client fill out a brief questionnaire that helps with the process and ensuring that the final product is one that you will love and be proud to own. Once I have a chance to review any information that you want to share, I will create four (4) different designs ideas and from there we will work to create the perfect logo. Each design comes with 3 rounds of revisions to make any changes that need to be addressed. Once the logo is finished I will provide the new design in the following formats: PNG AI JPEG SVG PDF RGB CMYK Black and White Monochrome and full color. Any fonts or swatches used will be provided and a zip file will go to the client containing any file used in the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Initially I went to school at the Art Institute in 2003 for graphic design. I finished in 2006 and began working in the design industry. I decided a few years back to go back to school to get a degree in Marketing and am currently taking classes at the University of Houston. In addition to school I have completed several certification classes for Adobe Creative Suite, Web Design, Logo Design, Word Press that was being offered throughout my career.
