I had the pleasure of working with Carlos for my move from Texas to Arizona, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
He handled everything from disassembling my furniture to transporting it safely and reassembling it in my new home with outstanding professionalism. He moved all of my belongings 1,300 miles safely and completed the entire move in just two days, without a single item being damaged.
Carlos was punctual, careful, reliable, and offered very fair pricing. He made the entire moving process smooth and completely stress-free.

Carlos was fantastic! I would hire him and his team again and I highly recommend him to anyone who is needing to move, especially if it’s across country! He and his team showed up on time, they loaded my entire one bedroom apt in Austin TX into their moving truck and drove it all the way up to Pittsburgh PA. They literally did all the loading and unloading. He is very responsive and his prices can’t be beat. It was a pleasure to work with him. If you need to move, please hire him!!

Carlos moved a piano for me and did an excellent job. He had all the tools he needed to do the job correctly and went above and beyond to ensure the piano and my floors were protected during the entire process. If I need something moved in the future I will have no reservations using A-Star again and would highly recommend them to my friends.

We usually our prices never change .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical work is that almost all the customers ask the same questions and so we start by answering questions , then we give them the price. I think we have a very reasonable prices..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years experience. So it would be very hard for others to match our experience.. and in here . We’re all family so you don’t have to worry about anything..
