Ivan G. says, "Kipi responded to my initial inquiry within an hour with a phone call, and showed up the same day. That kind of responsiveness is rare. He came out to help solve a Wi-Fi coverage issue in my three-story townhome, and what impressed me most was his approach. Rather than jumping straight to the most expensive solution, he first recommended a MoCA setup using my existing coax wiring, which would have cost a fraction of the price. He spent about two hours methodically testing the coax runs, explaining what he was doing and why at each step. When it became clear the coax routing in my home wouldn't support the MoCA solution, he was upfront about it and moved to Plan B (ethernet cable drops), which requires more work and investment but will get the job done right. His pricing is fair and transparent. I appreciate working with someone who leads with the less costly option first and only escalates when the situation genuinely calls for it. Looking forward to having him back to finish the job."See more
