About
With 26 years of teaching and tutoring experience, I have helped many students build real understanding and confidence in math. On top of that, I teach English as a second language and US citizenship along with test prep, Reading, science, etc. I hold a BS in Mathematics and an MBA, which allows me to explain concepts clearly, connect them to real-world situations, and adapt to different learning styles.
As a one-on-one math tutor, I’m a patient, thoughtful critical thinker who takes the time to break problems down step by step. My goal is not just to get you through the next test, but to help you truly master the material so future topics feel easier.
If you’re looking for steady support in math, ESL, test prep, etc from someone who explains things clearly and calmly, I’d be happy to help.

Bao Chauha was very helpful. My son needed help and she was available immediately. She worked with my son in Math because final exams were coming up. He passed with a 100 on the exam. I can't thank her enough for her assistance. She was able to explain and break down the math problems to where he understood them. I will definitely use her again!

Ms. White tutored me in Math for my GRE test and I did far better on the test then I would have without her help. I was accepted into the Graduate program at a local university in Houston. I would highly recommend her services.
