All breeds. All needs. We are an in home grooming service where the parents are able to participate, even engage, as they desire. The grooming salon comes home for all ages, abilities, and attitudes. We working closely with the physically or emotionally challenged pets to create a grooming experience to look forward to. We groom on a foundation of love and acceptance without the use of harsh restraints and sedation. The past fifteen years I've worked with pets either full time or part time but always make my way back to grooming. I have a special touch and connection that enables me to work with clients that are often misunderstood. Grooming with love and without restraint is the only way I will engage with a pet client. Through recovery grooming I've successfully restored faith in many clients fur babies that grooming can be a loving experience.

My cat has anxiety and doesn’t travel well. She is a great option to getting them in the carrier, getting them in the car, the drive, the act itself, then back in the carrier, back in the car, etc. He was on his home turf and that transition was amazingly smooth. She handled him with care, skill and ease while getting the job done in an upbeat and positive manner. Finally, her prices can’t be beat! I’ve taken my cat to different groomers over the years and some of those were ridiculously expensive! Definitely getting her on our rotating schedule for sure!!!!!

Kat was prompt both her response and arrival to best accommodate my last minute scheduling for first time cat’s grooming needs. She was very considerate and courteous to meeting my cat’s specifications.

(All info. in quotes are copied and pasted directly from our IM stream) We were not able to work together because she has problems with communication.. I requested a 30 minute consultation through the Thumbtack system.. The day of the appt. she contacts me first thing in the morning to reschedule for that morning instead of the afternoon... We were able to work it out but when I told her what I wanted to discuss at the meeting she shared that she had scheduled me for a two hour grooming appointment for my two small dogs @$70/hour and wanted to charge $35 for the consultation.. I agreed to forego the consultation and take the grooming appt. without meeting her.. But before I responded to her she had already adjusted her "schedule to meet the changing needs presented. We can work together Friday afternoon at 3p if you or your son is available. I accept all types of payments, cash, check, and credit card." When I responded to her, "I wish you could have waited for my response but Friday at 3 will be ok. They'll both be home and I'll be there around 4. Thanks", she responded I should find another groomer, "In all fairness, you were not clear that today's appt was only an evaluation. Our communications until this afternoon indicated scheduling for grooming. I am happy to do consults but only upon request. This industry is fast paced at its core which is amplified when mobile. I must make decisions based on information provided. I appreciate your willingness to adjust to Friday's time. I think it best we end our relationship here. Good luck finding the right groomer for you and your babies!" What?! And now she's blaming being new to the app for why she didn't get the consultation request although that's the only communication I sent her in regards to meeting that day and it's at the top of our IM screen. She may or may not be a good groomer as her only other review states but, I'll never know because her lacking customer service is not agreeable.
