After sending our moldinspection report to the Pur360 and few other Remediation Specialists, the Pur360 tech I ended up speaking to about our problem provided me an honest assessment which gave me a number of steps I could take on my own to prevent our mold issue from spreading or coming back. Rather than trying to convince me to let them conduct an additional inspection or to carry out major work he gave me his professional opinion on the least invasive way I could solve our issue without wasting money or overreacting. Months later after following his advice we still have no issues and I did not have to tear out walls or spend a huge amount of money other than on materials he recommended I purchase. I appreciate their integrity!

Had some mold growing on 3rd floor bathroom ceiling due to recent hard rains and roof leak. Contacted Pur360 and another company for mold remediation. The other company wanted to remove tiles and charge quite a bit more than Pur360 for the service. Jose was on time for both the estimate and the actual service, and they were able to cut off the drywall that was moldy. They won't fix the drywall since they're not a general contractor, so I had to get that done after. Pur360 also performed a mold test after and the results were good. I'm happy with the work done.
