I recently utilized the services of Tox-IQ Mold Inspectors following ongoing health concerns and suspected environmental exposure within my residence. Their inspection process was professional, thorough, and highly informative.The inspection identified the presence of multiple mold types within the property, including Cladosporium, and Alternaria/Ulocladium. The findings helped validate serious concerns regarding indoor air quality and potential health risks associated with prolonged exposure.The inspectors provided detailed remediation recommendations, including professional mold remediation, moisture source correction, containment procedures, HVAC evaluation, and post-remediation clearance testing to ensure the environment is safe for occupancy.In addition to the environmental findings, the report helped connect several ongoing medical symptoms potentially associated with mold exposure. Symptoms experienced included persistent coughing, respiratory irritation, nasalcongestion, sinus inflammation, headaches, fatigue, chest discomfort, and episodes involving bloody mucus from the nasal passages and respiratory tract. The report also explained that exposure to molds such as Cladosporium and Alternaria may aggravate respiratory conditions, allergic reactions, sinus issues, and other inflammatory responses, particularly in sensitive individuals.I appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness, and detailed documentation provided by Tox-IQ.
