- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact: The customer contacts the business through email, phone, or website to inquire about services or products. Needs assessment: we may ask the customer about their needs and requirements Proposal: The business may provide a proposal or quote outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost. Negotiation: The customer may negotiate the terms of the proposal or request changes. Agreement: Once the terms are agreed upon, we and customer will help him/her to complete booking process. Implementation: The Move begins the work outlined in the agreement. Communication: Throughout the project. Completion: Once the work is complete, the customer may provide feedback or review the work to ensure it meets their expectations.
