- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on experience and location. If you are a new client, I give a $10 discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them what they look for in a massage. Why they need or want one. I have them fill out an intake form and we go through it together afterwards. I try to make them as comfortable as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
